Cross Training

Our cross training class will teach traditional weight training and conditioning, and are required classes for our top two companies. In this class dancers will work with dumb bells and other workout equipment as they develop strength and proper alignment for lifting.

Our cross training class was instigated in an effort to help reduce and prevent injury in our athletes.

Dress Code for Cross Training :

  • Bare feet and tennis shoes

  • Fitted athletic top

  • Fitted athletic shorts or pants

  • Hair in ponytail or bun

Cross Training 4

Cross training 4 is a beginning to intermediate weights and conditioning class that is designed to develop strength. This class emphasizes proper lifting technique, and stability in ankles, knees, and wrists. Students will gain strength in a full-body manner.

Cross training is a non-performing class.

Cross training 4 is open to dancers Ages 13-14.

Weekly Commitment: 45 mins

Weekly Schedule: Monday 5:45-6:30

Monthly Tuition: $60

Cross Training 5

Cross training 5 is an intermediate to advanced weights and conditioning class that is designed to develop strength. This class emphasizes proper lifting technique, and stability in ankles, knees, and wrists. Students will gain strength in a full-body manner.

Cross Training is a non-performing class.

Cross training 5 is open to dancers Ages 15-18

Weekly Commitment: 45 mins

Weekly Schedule: Monday 5:00-5:45

Monthly Tuition: $60
